Screen off: connection stuck on "initizalizing display parameters" [centos8]
Hi, my problem is all in the title. When the remote PC has the screen turned off I cannot connect to it. Teamviewer gets stuck on "initializing display parameters". Working on version 15.
I cannot leave the display on for months when I'm not there, can it?
What am I supposed to do? I've seen old topics where they tell you to put a fake plug in the vga output... Is this the only option?

Hi @Lucaxx85
That it seems to be user credentials settings.
Have you enabled the remote machine to auto-login (without asking for password screen) after suspend or after wake up and during boot?
Have you enabled unattended access also to store the remote user username and password?
Best regards

Thanks @Vatsilidis but this is not the issue.
The system is logged in, unlocked, everything enabled. It's teamviewer unable to redirect the graphic output if the display is off. I've disabled the PC turning off the display output, but I would like to physically turn off the display.
Like, if I'm connected but I ask my colleague to turn off the display teamviewer stucks suddenly. It's a semi known issue, but I've found no solution on top of the fake plug
