how to share a big file

i use this app in 2016 then i delete and install zoom but teamviewer is best but how share a big file through teamviewer.

Sure there are many ways to do that.
Personally I would prefer to chop the big file into pieces with an app like winrar, then transfer them via file transfer of TeamViewer and reassemble them to other computer just by extracting one of all the zipped pieces.
