No validation email received

No validation email receved after payment taken.

Have checked spam etc.

Need help asap as I need to get working.

No one ever answers the telephone have been trying on hold all day!

Maybe sounds obvious, but have you look at the spam or junk folder on emails?

Could you try to call at working hours and day to the support line link?
