Can't Connect to Remote PC

I'm having a problem connecting to one of my remote PCs. Each time I double-click on the device name from the list of "My Computers", I get the "Connecting" pop-up, it appears for about 10 seconds, then I get "Connection not established. Authentication canceled."  have no problem connecting to any of the other computers on my list. Any ideas/suggestions? If any other information is needed, I'll be glad to provide it. Thank you in advance.

    Hi @gtifeld 

    What is the version of Teamvewer running on both sides?  

    Is it the same at both ends, are you trying to connect to an older one or you are trying to connect to from an older to a newest?

    Hi Vatsilidis. Thank you for your response.

    I am running version 15.3.8497 on my end. I don't know off the top of my head what version the other PC has. I asked the owner to check, but when he tried, he got an error message saying the software needs to be re-installed. So I guess that's probably the cause. I will try re-installing as soon as I can and see if that fixes it.

    Hi @gtifeld 

    The uninstall will possible was the next prefered step. 

    Please make sure that you will fully uninstall by deleting also the configuration files. You can see here what I mean.
