no access to Linux Mint 19.3 chinnamon by WIN7 or WIN10

I´ve installed the above-mentioned OS with TeamViewer 15.3.2682. Remote Access with all right´s enabled. The connection to the Linux system by WIN7 or WIN10 based PS`s is visible. Only the toolbar with all functionality on the Linux system can activated by the WIN system.

To activate any icon or window on the Linux system is not possible.

Has someone the same problem?

Have you downloaded the Teamviewer app directly from the official website or the version from the Linux Repository?
