Remote access account shows free account

Just paid for a licence of Teamviewer Remote Access, clicked on the activation link and created an account. When I logged in I could see under my name 'Remote Access' on the account. When I logged out and logged back in again it now says 'Free account' and has no sign of any licence! Worst of all I cant log a support ticket as it thinks it's a free account! Not happy!!! Any ideas?
