Stucked with Connecting... from Service Queue
Dears,
I have created a Quick Support custom module from the Teamviewer Management Console (License Premium).
I provided the link to a user which can execute it.
A session and aservice case has been created.
I can see it assigned to my user and put in the default group My Computers.
If I go to My Computers, I cannot see the computer...
If I try to connect to the session from the Service Queue (I can see he re the same Session number than the one my user has), I am stucked Connecting...
The browser I am using is Firefox. Teamviewer is not deployed on my machine. Shall I need to do it or can I connect from the web without it?
If I do not effectively need to have Teamviewer on my machine, is someone can tell me what i am doing wrong?

Hi @SergioLux ,
yes, you need TeamViewer client on your side. In both side must be installed!
Customer: TeamViewer client or support module (like Host Module or Quick Support)
Assistant (you): TeamViewer client
