Mac Users without Admin Rights
We have users who have taken their Macs home but are not local admins. When tey download QuickConnect, they are asked to give TeamViewer access to in the Accessibility section of the Privacy tab in the MacOS Security & Privacy Preference Pane. Since they are not administrators, they cannot do this. We cannot control their computers as a result and it is hampering our ability to support them. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, they cannot bring their computers to us.
How can we work around this?
