I have been using the remote access to work from home in Covid-19 for weeks. but in the last week every day, despite having created an account and despite having phoned all possible accesses on both devices, every morning gives me this error:
the interlocutor is not connected to the internet, or his TeamViewer is not yet in operation.
But many times we have noticed that the internet is there and TeamViewer works.
You help me because my colleague also has the same program and did the same things but to her.
