Where is my confirmation of purchase?

I paid over £130 for a sungle use connection over 24 hrs ago. After numerous phone calls to thehelp line i was told it could take a couple of hours.

Having now waited over 24 hrs I am deeply concerned this will be a big problem. I have read other logs and some people have waited two weeks..!!!

It is now the weekend and i have no way of contacting them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
