Good Morning,
We have been unable to use TeamViewer for more than a week and it is an important tool in our day to day.
We have paid for the license but we still do not have it activated. We have created several tickets but they do not respond
We have called every day and the answer is ALWAYS the same, that your level 2 is not available and that you will contact us later. I can already tell you that they have NEVER called me again, and they have been calling for several days.
What do we have to do to activate the license that we have already paid for?
