I received emails from Inkasso@goeppingen.creditreform.de

Is it official?

In emails, they said I haven't pay the bill of Teamviewer and I paid, they need me to provide a payment record of my account

But I don't know how to get a receipt here

Moreover, Teamviewer is a software that would stop working if the payment is not settled.

Is it necessary to provide a payment record (which I ask your company to give me) and send back to you?
