I am connected to a remote PC. Teamviewer starts with Windows and I have unattended access. Will it be possible that my collegues joins the same PC in order to help me on the target PC? In other words: 2 Connections at the same time.

Hi Asger,
Yes you just have to share the Teamviewer ID to your collegues.If you set a personal Password to the remote PC your collegues can use that too, you could also set a randomized Password. To set a randomized Passwort go to the Settings -> Security -> Random Password.
