access to user management

After I sign in to Management Console and select User management, I got the following message :

Insufficient permissions

You don't have the required permissions to view the user management. Please ask your administrator for assistance.

 

How do I get the access and how do I know who is the administrator? I am the one who installed this product and I thought I am the administrator.

Thank you for contacting us. 

Unfortunately that community moderators are not able to check the company administrator.

Can you kindly verify the TeamViewer account you have used to create company profile and add users please. Just in case you have multiple TeamViewer accounts but not all the accounts have been given the same permission. In order hand, you may contact TeamViewer support team for further discussion ans assistance.
