Cannot activate license

Our company has purchased 1x TeamViewer Business subscription today. I have followed the instructions given in the confirmation email, however I can only see the message "The license you tried to activate is already activated on another TeamViewer account." Inside the TeamViewer app, the license status is 'Free' and the trial period has expired. How can I activate the license?

    Did someone else within your organization already activate the license? If not I would reach out to sales or support and see if they can help identify where the license was activated and get you sorted out. 

    There are numbers to contact TeamViewer on the invoice and activation emails if I recall correctly.
