Partner not accepting connection

I have a problem connecting to partner. The partner can connect to my laptop, but I cannot connect to his. When I try to connect the connection turns orange and remains connecting but nothing happens and errors. Both team viewers are in ready to connect status. His operating system is XP and mine is Win10. Bot running version 14.2.
