No Password
I'm trying to help my 87 year old Uncle. He has a Mac I have a PC. He downloaded the latest version and installed it (our versions were not compatible so the udate was necessary). I was able to connect with the ID he gave me (authenticating) but he did not have a password. All it showed was "-". I found what I believe to be the solution Click Extras --> Options --> Security....
However he says when he clicks EXTRA there is no "Options". I am so close to being able to help him any suggestions. I don't know anything about his computer or IOS version.
Anysuggestions would be greatly appreciated

On the mac, your uncle needs to click on TeamViewer (on the top left corner) and then on Preferences. This will open the TeamViewer options.
