    Hi @JeanK , thx for reply.
    I read the thread you linked me, but i can't resolve my problem.

    I bought a license but i don't active it, because i've already got another license.

    I wrote an email but it's back (i don't seen it was "no-reply")

    A few days ago I've received a payment reminder...
