Wake On LAN - Remote Access Licence

The new Remote Access Licence is very welcome.  I have set up a user with the licence, however when their remote PC is switched off, they do not see the Wake Up button (unlike myself when I try to connect with a Business licence).  I can't see this feature excluded in the licence comparisons.  Many thanks

    The WOL function is included in the Remote Access license. It has to be configured and the hardware that is used also needs to support this functionality.
