Hey there,
is it possible to import a whole address list, e.g. from Outlook?
In an organisation with more than 2,000 people it is very time consuming to add every single contact manually.
Kindest regards
Bruckmandl
Yes, you can. In the client/app go to contacts and e.g. for Windows on the top or e.g. on the upper right for iOS you can add contacts. It is opening your Outlook contacts on Windows and your contacts on iOS.
Then you select those in mind and they will be imported.
You then still have to invite them individually from the Blizz client , i.e. they need to accept accordingly. So it is some work, but rather select and click than typing in email addresses.
Thank you Peter for your reply.
So every single contact has to be imported from Outlook and then invited manually?
If someone wants to have the whole organisation in his/her list, which is approx. 2,500 people, there will be some work to do...
You can also skip the first step and use the Blizz Outlook integration to have ALL contacts directly in Blizz. Pls. see here for more information on this.
Then yes, you still need to invite them. That's actually part of the Blizz privacy and security concept. In B2B, you want to chat with people you know. New contacts can be invited as needed.
