Cannot control when using different video input

Hi,

I am using Teamviewer 14 on client side and Teamviewer 15 o my side.

On client side, it using All in one PC and it connect another HDMI input.

When i switch to HDMI, i cannot control the AIO PC after connection.

I already set full access on the clinet side.

Do anyone know why it will happen?

Thank you for reply.

The remote PC is Dell All In One model and it is share the same monitor with other device.

When i switch to other device, i cannot use the remote PC(clicking and typing).

I can only use the remote PC when it switch back the screen to PC.

Do you mean that you connect to the remote pc some other device for use the monitor and the remote pc has not monitor to displday the graphics? If you haveb't connect any monitor to remote pc, it could stop producing graphics and then you may not receive image.

Could please clarify with details the problem?
