Windows XP SP3 connecting with MacOs 10.13

I attempted to connect the Windows PC via Mac but I kept getting an error stating incompatible versions of Teamviewer so I loaded Windows version 13.2 on the PC and Mac version 13.2 but I still can't get a connection. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Before spending the monthly fee I'd want some kind of assurance these two computers can communicate.

Hi @Darrellt

If you are a free license user you can connect only by using the latest version of the TeamViewer app. Licensed users have more features and this is one of them. You can always, of course, visit the licensing website to buy a license.
