Connection stucked on start-up, refreshing the screen and the connection starts working.

Dear all,

I am trying a connection that is stucked, no one command is working so the PC is stucked on start-up, refreshing the screen and the connection starts working.

This is happening just in this machine, not in other, what may depend on?
