Teamviewer connected with id assigned but without password

Hello all,

as in the title, the pc is connected to the Teamviewer lan (it's the pc to whom i need to connect, and is on line trying to connect to its Id) but in the "Pasword" tab there is a " - "  

I have tried to launch it in Administrative's right but nothing different happened

How can i solve it?

On the securty page under Options, change the setting for Random Password. It is probably currently set to none, Change it to at least the setting shown below as a recomendation for security.
