Hi All,

We deploy automation machines that have a Linux PC inside running Teamviewer and attached to our Corporate Teamviewer account. We have a customer that would like to also access their machine through teamviewer, and would like to do so without having to get the new temporary password off the machine every day. Is there some way to set it up so the customer can have permanent access to the machine without letting them into our Corporate account? Thanks, James

    Dear JamesF,

    Thank you for your post.

Have you tried to place this device on a group that may be shared with your customer?

In this case, a customer with a TeamViewer account may have access to the system without sharing the random password all the time.

Your Corporate account is protected because you only share that specific group with the customer.

For more information, please have a look at the following link

Hope this solution works for you.

    Best regards,

    Christian
