HELP - we purchased a new computer and I can log into Team view but.... it never saves my information like it did on the old computer. Also, I have to have someone there at the office to turn team view on. Which TOTALLY defeats the purpose of me following up when they are not there. 

And I would like someone to call me at [removed per Community Guidelines] - I hate chat rooms like this. Im all ready totally frustrated with your system the last thing I want is to have to sit in front of monitor and wait for someone to type something to me! When you want to purchase this product there are lots of phone numbers, but when you need help you have to sit and wait! ERG
