Brand new HP Envy x360 has a finrgerprint scanner and even thugh I have the Power Option set to keep the machine on when I close the lid, it keeps going to the lock screen that requires my fingerprint so when I try to access it remotely with Teamviewer it tells me I am not connected. Short of turning off my fingerprint scanner or downloading a mobile app that will allow me to unlock my PC from my mobile phone, how do I solve this problem? Appreciate any help!
