Remote computer restarts

When trying to connect to a remote computer, it restarts and we can never connect  What is wrong?

    I have the same problem: I can connect once with a password the rermote computer but when I close the session, next time the remote computer has rebooted and connection is impossible.

    The remote computers operating system is Linux Ubuntu 18.10 and the connecting computer is MacBook Pro (Mohave). My other computer has Linux Mint 18.3 and with that the connction works perfectly.
