Hello! How can I get report about rejected connections for our users because of shortage of channels for a certain period of time? And is there any way to analize how many extra channels I need to add?

Hello @sever6159,
Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?
Unfortunately, there is no reports that only shows the rejected connections.
However, you can use the connection reports in your Management Console and compare it with the time you received the exceeded channel e-mail notification, if this could help...
You will find all the information you need regarding connections reports in our Knowledge Base article here: About incoming and outgoing connections reports
I hope this could help. ?
Best regards
