I have two licensed for Teamviewer 9, one licensed is still active and working fine, but another one just cannot log in, it only said that I input the wrong ID or Password.
I'm still keeping my license activation key from the email that registered for that account, so I'm sure that I input the right account, and unfortunately, I didn't receive an email after a request for reset password.
I don't know what else to do, any advice would appreciate.
