How to Retrieved Old Account
I have two licensed for Teamviewer 9, one licensed is still active and working fine, but another one just cannot log in, it only said that I input the wrong ID or Password.
I'm still keeping my license activation key from the email that registered for that account, so I'm sure that I input the right account, and unfortunately, I didn't receive an email after a request for reset password.
I don't know what else to do, any advice would appreciate.

Back to TeamViewer 9, it was possible to activate the license locally through the client.
There was no license activation as nowadays.Therefore, you probably never created a TeamViewer account to use your TeamViewer 9 license. Could you please try to create the TeamViewer account to want to use?
