Team viewer closes when you start MySQL Workbench

Hello! I am currently working on a site https://mirpokera.com.ua/ua/. At the request of the customer, access to the database is limited, so you need to enter only through the remote desktop. I run the team viewer on Linux and connect to the workstation on windows 10. When I start the MySQL Workbench desktop application for working with sites, the connection with the team viewer disappears. When I reconnect, I have to restart MySQL Workbench again. The client says that the bottom of the MySQL Workbench has a built-in proxy. The client tried to seem to disconnect it, but the problem remains. What could be the reason? And what to do in such cases?
