Why am I receiving a letter of demand from your German creditors

I have now received two letter of demand for a renewal I did not ask for nor request.

it is a large amount that now cannot be afforded

    I have followed your instructions by contacting support in Australia

    all they can do is lodge a ticket with credit support

    this is terrible customer service

    We followed the correct procedure by submitting a ticket to your website as per the email of 11/1

    Teamviewer needs to check their system to find this

    We did not request a renewal prior to 28 days notification as per the ticket lodged which cannot be found on your system

    We already have a paid subscription which we use for our company and for this reason we did not require another licence which was duly and correctly cancelled via a support ticket to your systems
