Red Light won't go away

I have a bunch of computers at work, all running TeamViewer. No problems on any except for one. It's showing ID 0. I've opened up TCP port 443, and UDP port 5938, and it's still showing a red light at the bottom. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. Please kindly check out Not ready. Please check your connection and Which ports are used by TeamViewer. On top of that, I suggest installing the latest version of TeamViewer on your device.
