Disable send notifications from coming online

So a fiew clients of my have me saved in their contacts and now anytime I start my computer, they get a notification about me coming online.

Is there a way I can disable to let them know I logged in?

They can define what notifications they want to receive under Extras --> Options --> Computer & Contacts:
