Connection lost messages

While trying to remotely manage my 86yo dad's computer I keep losing the connection and get a message saying the internet connection has been lost... trying to reconnect, which it usually does, but just for a few seconds or so.  It only happens on his newest computer, about a year old.  TeamViewer works fine with his two older computers.  Both of us have reliable, fast internet.  All three of his computers are on Windows 10, as am I.  Does anyone know of this happening with other people and of a solution?  Thanks!  --Bob
