TeamViewer for IOS v9.3.5

I have a generation 3 iPad running IOS 9.3.5.  Due to a technical problem I have lost my TeamViewer app that ran on this version.  I cannot reload the latest which requires IOS 10 or later.

Can someone provide a pointer into the Apple store to download the previous IOS version?

I cannot afford to run out and buy another iPad just to get a newer version of IOS.

    It seems that TV support is nowhere to be found.  Apple normally does not delete older versions.  They just update the link to point to the latest version.  I am not the only one who is looking for the older version as there are many similar posted.  My iPAD will die of old age before this is resolved.
