Cannot connect

We connect to all  computers but one.  

it keeps saying 

The screen cannot be captured at the moment.  this is probably due to a fast user switching or a disonnectd minimized remote desktop session


This is neither the case.  I have fresh reboots on both waited 24 hours and tried again.  I have a support ticket and no help.


What is my next step?
