Lost Email address but i have Teamviewer-ID

I have team viewer set up on my Apple mac and I remote manage my Parents and families Computers, plus a few friends when they need it.
My wifes account has logged itself out from her laptop, I know the password to log in, and I also have the TeamViewer-ID from her account which is stored on my account, the only problem is its not recognising the email address to log in, we thought it was one of four email addresses but none of them work, Is their any way to get the email address from the team viewer id? or is it easier just to set up a new account for her.

    What you could try is to try these 4 e-mail addresses for a password reset: https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn#lost-password 

    If you receive an e-mail to reset your account's password, it means that it is a valid TeamViewer account.

    If none of this works, it is, indeed, easier to create a new account.
