Cannot connect my laptop to my pc

Since installing Windows 10 on my laptop, I can no longer access my PC from my laptop.  My PC has Windows 10, too.  I keep getting the message "Cannot connect to partner"

    I recommend you to restart the TeamViewer service of all impacted computers.

    Restart TeamViewer service.gif
