Devices disconnecting from TV account
Dear TV community.
We are using TeamViewer corporate license in our company for a remote management of several hundred devices that our clients use. These are scattered all around the country (Czech Republic).
These devices are Philips 10BDLT 10-inch tablets running TeamViewer Host.
Over the past 2 years, several of these disconnected from the account, thus ultimately cutting us from any remote access. We have diagnosed some of these but have not been able to figure out what is causing this. The TV Host app has missing credentials on these devices but after clicking on the email field, it does remember the email address, but both credentials have to be input again to connect the device and then confirm as trusted in the mail.
What might be causing this issue and how might we fix this? Some of these devices are hundreds of kilometers apart, thus servicing them is very complicated.
