Hi I found a quick support app on an old phone which I know nothing about. Can I find where it is linked to and also what all the log files mean. Thanks

    Hello @Ravydavy,

    The QuickSupport cannot be linked to any account, as the account assignment is only available for the TeamViewer Host.

    Therefore, you shouldn't worry that this app is linked to anyone.

    Please understand that only license holders can (through our customer support) get an analysis of the logs.

    Thankyou for your reply Jean. It sort of answers my question. Is it possible that it’s a fake? It’s definitely very similar to the quick support image and as soon as I turn the phone on and click.the icon about log files it starts going through what looks like a debug report. There’s a 7 (I think) digit code in the window for what appears to be for some sort of remote viewer. I can send you a screen shot or two of it would be of any use at all. Thankyou

    I tend to say "everything is possible" nowadays. However, we do not have the capacity to analyze the file on your device.

    I'd just suggest you to delete the file in order to be on the safe side.
