'Allow Remote Control' Window Keeps Appearing

Good Morning,

I use TeamViewer to provide IT support for my clients and several of them are currently experiencing an issue with the attached window continuously reappearing. Nobody is trying to access the machine at the time of the window appearing.

Please note that they DO NOT have the full version of TeamViewer on their machines.

Any assistance on this would be great!

It would be helpful to analyze the logs of an affected device.

Could you please open a ticket and attach the logs, so our engineer team may have a look at it?
