I cannot open previosuly recorded TVS file - getting an error message. Any hints here? Thank you!
I'm not very familiar with recorded sessions.I just can see, that there is an update available for your TeamViewer.As you want to hide your TeamViewer IDs/Username, you should do this with the filename too.Did you try it with another Computer and/or another TeamViewer version?Is the session recorded with the version actually running (I ask because the session is recorded some time ago)Is the file OK? Are there any previous versions available? Filesystem checked?
Thank you! The file was recoreded with the current version (therefore I am not updating it now). I will try with a latest version as well.
We are using Team Viewer Version: 12.0.78716
We are facing the same problem in few computers and there is no software update.
It is happening randomly, could be 1/18 that is damaged.
It is important for us to keep all the sessions, please help!!!
