Mail Server Exchange

Hi Guys,

Currently trying to configure Service Camp to use our own mail server, when looking at the option in service camp there is only POP3 & IMAP.

We currently use M365 (Exchange) for our email solution, Will service camp be updated to allow exchange to be used? Microsoft is due to stop supporting Basic Authentication in Q2 of 2021 so ideally this functionally would be in-place before then.


Is anyone currently using POP3 or IMAP for service camp that is connected up to exchange?

    Just allow POP3 or IMAP for your M365 mailbox, which shall be used with Servicecamp.

    That has to be done in M365 Exchange Admin Center. Pick your email address - Edit - Mailbox Functions

    There you find IMAP and POP to get actived for this specific mailbox only.
