Remote access
Why do i not receive a password when trying to allow someone to remote into my computer. Only the ID number is generated.

Hi, this sound strange.
The Team Viewer is on Windows?
In the bottom of the Window the connection circle is green?
Have you also checked Team Viewer settings?
Usually only ID is showed on mobile device, in this case when someone insert your ID for connect a pop window will ask to the user the authorization. This for security reason must be possible also in the Desktop version but I think Team Viewer removed this on PC I mean once you give a temp password who is having this are always able to connect without require authorization until the PC has not rebooted or program closed completely. This look to me to me not really good for security.
