I have 16 licenses but i can't understand wich user is using each license.

One license should be now vacant as only 15 users are using it, but I cannot understand wich license I can use for the 16th user. In 2020 one pc had a crash for some days so one user activated a second licence on another pc, so now there are 15 users using 16 licenses.

Please tell me how I can activate the last user.

    Typically the licenses are pooled for all users in your company/organisation to access. This is so that any user can consume 1 or more depending on how many remote computers they are connecting to concurrently. If your users are not currently connected to a remote computer then they are not consuming any licenses, even though the TeamViewer client is running. Active connections to remote computers = how many licenses you consuming.
