Does have anybody problem with domain @servicecamp.com ? From today morning my service camp don't report me about new issues from users. I don't see new tickets on platform.
We have the confirmation of a current issue with Servicecamp instances.
The only workaround you can use so far is to create tickets on behalf of the customer manually...
