Not able to connect to a remote laptop

Hi all, when trying to connect to my father's laptop, although it appear online, when connecting, returns error.

This is with password saved, even when i try using the id is returning the error.

I'm sure of the password.

Can you help me to know why is this happenning?

    Hello @pparames,

    I recommend defining the password again.

    Also, you could try to restart the TeamViewer service on both sides of the connection:
