I have received an invoice to my Norwegian company with 25 % VAT (the Norwegian VAT rate). The invoice do not specify that Teamviewer is VAT registered in Norway, and I can't find Teamviewer in the Norwegian VAT register.
If Teamviewer is not registered in Norway, I cannot deduct the VAT in Norway - so why is Teamviewer using 25 % VAT rate in the invoice?

Hello @JohannesTA,
Please contact our customer support and provide them with your intracommunity VAT number.
The VAT will be then deducted from the invoice.
