Please can someone assist...

I have purchased a license and got a paid confirmation but still have not received a activation license,

How long does this take?

Any help will be appreciated.

    We have done payment on Thursday already and still have not received the license,

    But have received an email to say payment was received and PAID,

    But still no license,

    nothing in my junk mail
